Just For you

The Self-care workbook

Self care is often an overused word that is misunderstood and used lightly.

Think of it as giving yourself the same attention you would give to a  plant you're caring for. It involves activities that recharge you ( like sunlight for plants).

Self care can be as simple as daily walks, deep breaths, a calming cup of tea.

Its the intentional act of nurturing your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual health. A conscious act of prioritizing your wellbeing,

Just like a plant or a garden needs consistent care and attention to its soil, removing weeds, regularly watering the plants; consistent self care contributes to your overall flourishing.

Self care is how we speak to ourselves when no one is watching. Self care is how we nourish our bodies when we are stressed, overworked, overwhelmed or on a calm neutral day.

This workbook is a guide that helps your get started on your own self care journey.
