Breathwork is a guided conscious breathing practice that brings us into a deeper connection with our body, where we can feel and release stored tension and emotions.
This simple powerful practice can result in profound and dramatic healing in many forms.
Breathwork is an embodied experience guided by a facilitator. Through this process of conscious breathing you are able to access deeper states of awareness.
Breathwork sessions are 75 minutes & can be facilitated in person or virtually in an online space.
Come with an open mind and ready to embrace yourself.
We begin by meeting initially to discuss your intentions, discuss where you are on your life journey, challenges being currently faced etc.
Next, we meet in a 1:1 private and safe container either in person or virtually to begin the breathwork medicine.
Here great care is taken to make sure you are comfortable by using blankets, cushions, bolsters etc.
Then accompanied by gentle music you are then guided into the practice.
Each breathwork experience is unique and offers its own healing to you by helping you move through stored traumas, tensions, patterns in your body.
The session ends with an integrative portion where you can connect with the body, allowing the body's innate wisdom to offer its healing medicine to you.

I offer group breathwork journeys but I highly recommend doing a 1:1 session before diving into a group session.
